Cambodia success
I've just walked in the door to be greeted with news that Cambodia beat Macau 2-1 this afternoon in their AFC Challenge Cup qualifying match, though I know the national coach was aiming to score a lot more goals. Nevertheless, a win was their target and that's what they achieved, with the goals coming from 
Teab Vathanak after 12 minutes and youngster Keo Sokngorn (pictured) on 66 minutes. Macau got their solitary goal fifteen minutes from time through Che Chi Man. A crowd of 6,000 watched the game played in the blistering afternoon heat, recorded at a roasting 39C. True to his word, Cambodian coach Prak Sovannara changed his line-up from the team that lost on the opening day, bringing in Om Thavrak, Khoun Laboravy and Sokngorn into the starting eleven, though two substitutions just after the half-hour mark, gave the team a different look in the first-half. The Cambodia line-up was: Seiha, Chanbunrith (62 Narith), Raksmey (33 Pichseyla), Tiny, Thavrak, Borey, Sokngorn, Vathanak, Laboravy, Sovannarith, El Nasa (36 Sokumpheak). subs (not used) Mic, Rady, Ravy. More on the game as I get it.In the evening kick-off, Myanmar defeated the hosts Bangladesh 2-1 as well, with two second-half goals from Pai Soe after the booters had taken an early lead. That leaves Cambodia and the hosts Bangladesh on three points apiece with identical records, whilst Myanmar lead the table with six points. There is still everything to play for in the two final games that'll take place on Thursday, though Cambodia will have the more difficult task of defeating Myanmar and by enough of a margin to win the group or finish as the best ranked runners-up out of the four qualifying groups. This is where it starts to get mind-boggling.

Cambodia 2-1 Macau
Cambodia beat Macau by the odd goal in three in their second AFC Challenge Cup Group-A qualifying match at the Bangabandhu National Stadium yesterday.
Cambodia's victory in the battle of two lightweights lifted their image to some extent after their 1-0 defeat at the hands of the hosts Bangladesh on Monday. Macau on their other hand suffered their second defeat after their 4-0 thrashing against Myanmar.
In a usual hot sunny afternoon the game began in front of a scarce crowd and it was in the 11th minute when Cambodian striker Teab Vathanak broke the duck with a low drive from inside the box after being brilliantly fed by midfielder Kim Borey (1-0).
Cambodia doubled the lead in the 66th minute with Keo Sokngorn stabbing home a ball that came by his way after hitting the cross bar off a corner.
Macau were also not denied their first share of spotlight when they pulled off a consolation goal in the 75th minute. Chan Man Hei put his name in the score sheet with a placing shot from a goalmouth melee.
Cambodian coach Prak Sovannara said that a day's gap in between games did not give the players enough recovery time although he expressed satisfaction over his team's performance. "I think the players did well and were definitely better than the first game. It's quite satisfying to see the players do well but had there been more than a day's gap in between matches I think they would have performed better," said Prak.
Macau coach Leung Sui Wing blasted the searing heat once again and wasted no time in blaming the tough conditions for his team's defeat. "In the first half it was exceedingly hot and our players are really not used to such heat and humidity. We are lucky that Cambodia missed quite a few chances in the first half. But in the second half as the weather cooled down a little our game improved of course with the introduction of a few fresh legs," said Leung.
Macau will play their last game against hosts Bangladesh on Thursday while Cambodia face Myanmar earlier on the same day.
I think unless cambodia win myanmar 2 goal or more then it so cambodia can go to the final round.but if macau play attack i think bangladesh can win 3 or more than it.why i say that?because macau is a weak team.
